We are glad to confirm the issue has been resolved and the new application version (6.0) is available, so the existing installations can be updated.
The update can be done in the Manage Apps section in Freshdesk:
In some cases, it may be necessary to refresh web browser window after the update.
In the Marketplace, the new application version 6.0 should occur in about one day.
