The standard lifecycle of the GoodData for Freshdesk application will be affected by the periodical maintenance and releases of new functionality.
The application is fully supported via this public community support forum and the typical user should receive such information directly via the relevant article. But this is not the only place where the users can see such updates.

In very rare cases you might need to check where your data is physically stored. That information is useful when, for example, a planned maintenance window is announced and you want to find out whether your operations could be affected.
GoodData operates data centers in multiple locations but in relation to Freshdesk application there are two relevant places based on your Freshdesk datacenter: Chicago (US-1) located in the United States and Frankfurt (EU-2) located in Germany. This information will be highlighted when it will be relevant for announced activity.
