Good afternoon!

I am trying to build Net Revenue metric. Net Revenue = Gross Revenue - Margin*Gallons where Gross revenue and gallons are not connected in LDM directly. Can I build a table with columns Date, Gross Revenue, Gallons utilizing MAQL? So that amounts are joined together based on the date?

I could add Gallons to Gross Revenue at the data transformation step but would like to know if there is a way to construct such table w/o altering data sources.

Hi Liza,

without knowing your data model it's a little tricky to know what is/isn't possible. Therefore, I'd like to recommend that you have a look at the following documentation and training courses that will help you with creating metrics and give you a better understanding of the data you work with and the logical data model and its basic components:

If you're still having troubles after reviewing the above documentation/training courses - please can you provide us with more details on the metrics you're trying and we will be happy to assist you further with this.
