Metric threshold alert

Hi there. I hope that somebody can help me with my situation. Some KPI dashboards I have are actually important only in case some metrics are bellow a threshold. I have to always check the dashboard or e-mail I get. Is it possible to be somehow notified based on a value of a metric? If it is not possible, it would be really helpful and it should be added into the product! Thank you, Mia

Hey Mia,

I am happy to say, such functionality is already implemented within our platform.
 

You can set up email alerts to get notified when a KPI value on the KPI dashboard is bellow/above a threshold.

You just need to hover your mouse over the preferred KPI and you will see a little icon of bell:
 

The you can configure the alert parameters and click Set alert. We will send you an email when the threshold is met.
