I have a report that is automated out to myself and two team members on the same schedule. It arrives to me daily without issue, but fails to my other team members. I have deleted and re-created the subscription and it still does not work.

I can see in our logs that for the users, there is an error when scheduled e-mail task is creating attachment. This usually means that there could be an issue computing insights for the users. Are the users able to display insights/dashboard in the UI?
They were not added to the report, so that was likely causing the issue. TY for the info, good to know for the future. I added them to the report and will let you know on the next schedule if that was the issue.
