The fix has been prepared, but we are still waiting for approval from Marketplace. We hope this won't take too much longer, and the approval will go through soon. We apologize for any inconvenience caused here, and appreciate the patience in the matter.

Hi,

The issue has been resolved and the new application version (6.0) is available.

You can do the update from the Manage Apps section in Freshdesk.

In some cases, it may be necessary to refresh web browser window after the update.
