Where am I supposed to put the SQL script to create an output stage when trying to connect GoodData to Google BigQuery?

You can create the DB connection here: https://secure.gooddata.com/admin/connect/#/datasource/ (use your instance instead of secure.gooddata.com) and once validated, GoodData automatically generates the script for output stage based on the DB schema. Then, you can use the generated script (make any adjustments you need - follow GoodData BigQuery integration details) and run in it your DB. Once all above steps are finished, publish the logical data model to your workspace and feel free to create an automatic data load process.
