Hello Mia,
It’s only possible to load data either from Snowflake, Redshift or BigQuery databases or from flat CSV files while using the Freemium account. Other data sources are allowed only in Enterprise edition. So, there are two options to Import data from JIRA. One would be to load the data from JIRA to one of the required databases type first, or you could export it to a flat file and then upload it as a CSV to GoodData.
