Opening Dashboard with default filtered value

Hello everybody,

I have a dashboard that display data for several Office and can be filtered for these Office, with a Dashboard filter.

I would like that the manager of the office can open the dashboard with their Office selected by default. 

My idea was that it could be done using the Url (/dashboards/#/workspace/xx/dashboard/yy?filter={attr.office.name: “My Office”}) or using user varibale and filter configuration in the Dashbord.  But this do not seem to be possible.

Do you see other possibilities that actually works ?
