For Emailing Dashboards & Reports the original recipient forwards the email to a group, then one person chooses “Click Here” to unsubscribe and the original recipient has been unsubscribed.
If you revisit the Emailing Dashboards & Reports 1 person manually unsubscribed.

I hope I understand the question correctly, but yes - If the recipient forwards the original scheduled email to other email address and this other recipient uses unsubscribe URL - the original recipient will be unsubscribed. I can confirm this is an expected behaviour.
If you wish to prevent this, I would suggest you to delete the sentence with unsubscription URL in the forwarded message, or if you receive a file report - forward the file itself in a separate email without the unsubscription possibility.
