Can we migrate the KPI dashboard from master workspace to all the client workspaces using release and rollout bricks?

Could you provide any error message you see on your end? You can find the basics here:

You must make all the changes in your master workspace, and if everything has been configured correctly, then your dashboard will get pushed to the client workspaces.
