we have a user in our company who created demo dashboards for our client. However she is leaving and her e-mail account will be deactivated. I would like to change the e-mail address that will receive messages from GoodData to a different one I did not find this option in the Account page. I found some instructions using API to make this change, however, I am afraid I need something a bit more “for dummies”

I’m afraid that the only way to update a user’s information is via API call from the domain admin:
Please note that only the email address can be changed and not the username/login.
