Cannot Run Automated Data Distribution

Hello,

Since this afternoon, I’m not able to run  my Automated Data Distribution schedule anymore. I got this error all the time:

Error processing taskId=cd3d0ba76b734c280a71d80c3190777ffeb862d666d20d5f00000116 status=ERROR message="Cannot start integration of dataset: [dataset.beneficiaire]. There is an unfinished integration.The integration has started at [2023-04-03 15:45:19] with ID: [0e2c342e7eb63bf10641503dd18c8e7a830643aeb968041a00000116]" ETL PULL ERROR.

I probably  started an Automated Data Distribution while another one was running, but now I’m not able to recorver.

I have tryied many things, but none of them works

  • change the sememantic model to produce another kind of error. 
  • Change ADD seting (client id, prefix)
  • Delete and recreate ADD process using the grey page.

Could you unlock the situation for us ?

It’s working again. I guess a timout has been triggered on running task. Sorry for the annoyance.

Hi Nicolas,

Glad to hear it’s running now.

You are correct, sometimes the ETL processes could be running on the background or could be incorrectly terminated. But we have automated process to cleanup such processes, running in regular intervals.
