We’re using GoodData Platform, not white-labeled and for an unkown reason I can’t login into
secure.gooddata.com (I am admin of the platform).
I’m using the same credentials as for the the platform (xxxxxxx.on.gooddata.com), but the result is always:
“Your email or password is incorrect.”
I have never logged into secure.gooddata.com, as far as I remember, so I’m not sure if it ever worked.
Could it be caused by the fact that last year we upgraded the domain from free to paid plan?

Your user doesn’t exist in the secure.gooddata.com, therefore you won’t be able to log in. If you are following any documentation where this domain is mentioned, please use instead your own custom domain.
but we do not have whitelabeled domain, what should we do in this case, please?
